I like how they are adding all this new content to keep us entertained, personality, when we had that Double Alliance Points Event, I really did enjoy it, and now with this "Midyear Mayhem" PvP coming real quick I can't wait. Sure they are still problems with the Dungeon finder, but I do believe they're trying to fix it the best they can, meanwhile I do appreciate this event, something for players to do other than the traditional sort of things. Good work ZoS

Sure I've had a few frustration moments, but I have had and am still having a lot of fun in this game, and it significantly eclipses those off-moments. I recognize that everyone's play experience is different, but for me, the Divines have been kind and any bugs have been few and far between, and minor. Group finder even works for me?? I'm not saying there aren't issues, just that I have been pretty lucky with these things. Also I am mostly a quester/explorer type of player, so the finer points of combat mechanics and anything PVP will be lost on me.
I've been around since launch and there is still content I haven't gotten around to with my main. That's pretty cool. And if I get to a point where I've done everything, enough time will have passed (years in some cases!) that it would feel new again.
And, admittedly, I am pretty easy to please. Give me any neat game, cardboard box, twig, shiny object etc, and I am entertained!0 -

Smackosynthesis✭✭✭Despite what you see all the time on these boards, this game's pretty good. I've put probably 200 hours into it, all of it fun. Vvardenfell is awesome. Sure there are issues and bugs, but it's a big, complicated game.
Edit: There's also a lot of people upset about all the real money stuff, but I really don't see a problem since it's mostly costumes and quality of life stuff. They have to make money off people that have already bought the game to keep it all going and adding stuff. But I could be wrong about this.

If the quality had not taken a sharp dip no one would be complaining this much. Fact of the matter is, the servers are more unstable, the balance is worse, and their communicating less. And yet their increasing prices?

I love playing in Vvardenfell but giving it the designation of "chapter" and elevating the price does not make it any more than DLC in actuality. Even so. I've loved playing it and have no purchase regret.
As for subs and high crown item prices - I see it as a fair and entirely optional contribution in support of continued content development. With no mandatory sub, it seems a reasonable method of ongoing support. This is a business that needs to make money to do what it does, they aren't here just to entertain us. It's a business from which I'd love to keep getting enjoyable product, and I'm glad to support to that purpose.
I just added up the hours on my active characters and it's just over 1,000. Never had so much time in a game. It's a good product, imo

Like I said, you'll hear no complaints from me. When they inevitably start charging start charging $50-100 for former crown crate mounts, they'll be well within their right and plenty of players that caved and gambled all their money away on crates for those respective mounts will no doubt agree with decision. The only reason you posted this, in a thankful thread, was to continue on whining about it.
1. I'm saying he's giving them props for something I don't think they deserve props for. There's no whining or complaining about what they've done. Just because the statement had negative and subjective connotations doesn't mean it's whining.
2. I put "chapter" in quotes and used the word loophole because it is one. That is factual. Again, it's not whining simply because the word has negative connotations. And I wasn't around during Morrowind's announcement or it's launch. So whatever point you're trying to make is lost.
3. "Continue" would imply that I ever whined about it to begin with.

They always were, even with pay wall pre orders and pay wall races...hell they even charged you just to be able to be any faction.

Other people find no issue with it. Not to say your feelings on the matter are wrong, but if not to whine about it, why bring it up?
