Where is the code for the ESO outfit and mount in the digital edition of Skyrim for PS4?

By chance I just read in a thread on here that there is a dlc code coming with the remastered version of skyrim.
However, I purchased it through the PS-Store and do not know where I would find that code to redeem the content.

    The codes only came with the physical retail purchase, they did not come with digital downloads versions .....

    yea i noticed.. paying more money doesn't equal more content these days it seems..
