    I wish they would just disable addons in PVP.

    The only addons I use are to fix the terrible guild store design.

    I agree for a good bit, but idk how'd function with the way I've remade my UI. It is significantly different than the game was originally made. Perhaps they could make a PvP server like that

    I used to be a sniper in the early days. When I charged my snipe (which had a minimum distance back then and took a longer time) but cancelled it people would jump of their horses, flap wings, cloak shield etc,. And there wasn't even a sound of released arrow to react to. Then I found out about combat cloud. Then I dropped sniper.

    Why can't you avoid the incoming missiles/CCs with your own vigilant skills?
    Why do I have to install an addon to keep up with you guys who use tools to make it easier for you?
    Who notifies people about what addons they MUST have?
    Who knows what addons are not being published and what do they do?

    As for some reason ZOS doesn't seem to want to review the API in a way that keeps PvP balanced for those not running add-ons.

    Whilst Miats isn't absurdly broken any more if you're playing on PC you need to accept that add-ons will always give you more information than the game will and that it's going to be pushed to its limits. It sucks, but that's how ESO is with add-ons.

    Yeah, but back then, you could mess with people by starting a snipe then canceling after they reacted and burned their ult.

    Seriously, the user interface is so terrible, without addons I would uninstall this game and shred the CD to pieces.

    I can't land a crit charge on anyone PC EU: they all timely roll dodge (when I don't just get teleported in mid-air at the other end of the map and die to 33K fall damage).

    It's lame af.
    PC/EU. NoCP PvP. sDK Orc IRL. Flawless tamperor. Pro scrub.

    I like the quickbar as it is, some people use addons to turn their game into a zombie WoW clone and I just don't understand why x)

    But yeah, missing minimap is a problem and opening up character window to find out what buffs you have is especially silly.

    I use Miat's with the notifications turned off. It's a nice addon. I have no sympathy with players utilizing the absurd concept of stealth ZOS implemented either. So the addon is totally fine in my book.

    The last time they tried to change the API to fix Miat's, things didn't working right again for a while. As annoying as the omniscient dodge rolling is, I'd rather just leave the API alone.

    Well, that one can also be attributed to the stupid gap closer snare (the dodging, not the fall damage... which I've had something like that happen when the templar healing ult started dealing damage and launching people across cyrodiil and right off the server...) When I suddenly feel my character grow sluggish, I pretty much know I need to dodge or block because I'm about to get hit by a charge skill.

    It's stuff like this (and bots) that make me happy I'm on console. We don't get the quality of life mods that PC has, but everyone is on the same level playing field.
