So what is currently the best solo leveling spot in eso now? I've done all the main and alliance quest for my charc and I'm only level 30 something. So I am just gonna grind up the rest.

Well, I dont really wanna say because when I level an alt I hate sharing (it lowers exp....in some cases dramatically).

And how the hell did you do all the alliance quests, let alone the main quests to as high as you can at your level, and only get to 30??? Something VERY off about that statement. I can do all the quests in the starting areas (islands then first full zones) and hit 30. I cant see how you could do that AND the other 4 zones in that alliance and only hit 30. In fact.....pretty sure mathematically you cant unless you're bugged.

Anyway....find someplace with a lot of Daedra or Undead, with the ability to pull 5+ mobs at a time without running too far. Make sure your build isnt healer or tank, if you want to level fast, but AoE dps (easy to do, all classes can build such). Try to get fighters guild skill up high enough to allow you to get Banish the Wicked passive (this is why we pull daedra and undead). If you cannot get BtW passive (and if you did all your alliance you should be able to EASILY), anywhere allowing you to pull multiple ogres or minotaurs works too. Mass pull, using AoE dps ultimates every chance you get.

    Pretty easy.

That or go the idiot scrub method and join the imbeciles who LIVE doing Dolmen groups. This will ensure you level slightly fast (ish) and learn absolutely nothing about the game, your character or group interaction. The good part is any normal player will be able to quickly spot you as such and never group with you again.
The opinions of others should always be heard, especially if they dont agree with your own! But you always reserve the right to laugh at them.

Have you not seen people asking for skyreach carries in zone chat, and paying 3.5K per run (The 3.5K was the most recent offer I'd seen, I've seen more. For guildies, I'd do it for free)

    Other places include:

    alik'r beach zombie grind
    cold harbor zombie grind
    alik'r tri-dolmen grind

There's other too (I won't mention anymore as some people like to keep their spots away from the spotlight) but Skyreach still seem's to be no.1

Having said that, questing now nets a fair whack too, you aren't penalized anywhere near as much as you used to be for XP compared to the bordeom and repetition of a grind spot.

For me, I've got to be in the right mood for grinding, it's just a means to an end for me, otherwise it just sucks the life out the game.
Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

Public dungeons at lower population time is nice an pretty fun.

Low population dolmens are also nice. Not the zergs, 1-4 players is optimal,
Doing dolmens once give lots of xp so do them then getting lore books and skyshards.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I'm not grinding anywhere in particular. I hit all the overland lorebooks and skyshards, all delves and anchors, taking all the anchor, delve, and public dungeon daily quests along the way. This gives thexalt a decent fighter's guild and mage guild rank whilst also getting enough skill points to train up all class+ skills along the way to 50.

Skyreach if you can solo, or if you can find someone to carry.

There are good overland spots too (not nearly as good as Skyreach, but easily soloable at any level), but nobody will tell you where they are because they aren't instanced and will get flooded with people.

I will give you a hint though. Look for a spot that has a lot of weak, fast-spawning enemies (zombies, dreughs, ogres, etc.).

I actually found a really good place a few days ago completely on accident. I'd tell you but then it would turn into Skyreach 2.0, and I really don't want to have zone chat flooded with "buying carries 3k per" while my new found spot becomes the next social gathering hotspot.

On lower levels doing dungeons is a good way. At level 40 right now and I go up one level every one-two dungeon runs. I am a healer though so it might be easier than queuing up as a DPS

In peak hours I usually go for a public dungeon with very few people. I have a pretty safe spot in one public dungeon where no-one ever goes unless they are just passing through for quest. Enemies are tightly packed, but I'd rather not share.

Off peak hours, I always pick a place where raw materials drop frequently, Good chance to get Yellow upgrades when refining materials. Preferably clothing, so you get a nice stash of Dreugh Wax eventually to upgrade your gear, if you're medium or light armor.

If you're Heavy armor, or need weapon upgrades don't go to dungeons, just roam areas where there is lots of Blacksmithing nodes, and kill anything around. A bit slower, but will save you a ton of money upgrading your gear later. I usually just roam wrothgar, near cliffs and mountains, but there's probably other good spots.

All in all I try to pick places where i get both XP and crafting materials to refine if possible.

Afaik, Skyreach needs at least two players... I know one player can solo it, but you won't be able to reset it if you play alone, and just one run a day is not real "XP grind".

Honestly, the most fun I've had grinding was doing the Dolemen trifecta. You just wayshrine around to all three zone Dolemens over and over and this also levels your Fighters Guild skill line as well. It really is a blast and doesn't feel so much like grinding like other locations.
