Is Soulshine set good for DPS magplar?

Topic. I've been getting divine pieces through treasure maps and am wondering if I should complete the set and try it out. Thanks.

    its not bad but not BiS. It was good for a bit. I'd suggest putting a set away on a mule alt considering the way Zos changes things in the game.

    BTW, it buffs sweeps and radiant oppression. But nothing else a magplar would use, iirc.

    It's ok for PvP, but it comes in heavy armor and healthy jewelry so it's not so good for PvE.

    3 jewelry, two swords which can be pulled off with a Templar. Even staves and one heavy armor piece is works for PvE.

    I would only do it with jewelry and two swords in PvE to permit a second 5 pc set and a monster set.

    It was suggested for PvP coupling soulshine with Cyrodiil light since both buff puncturing sweeps and radiant.

    It buffs Dark Flare also correct?

    Why wouldn't you use war maiden instead? Everything soul shine buffs in a magplar is also buffed by that, and since its a light set the jewellery is arcane.

    And then you're using healthy jewelry, so you'd be missing out on ~3k magicka plus multipliers.

    I started using Soulshine when it was good and stuck with it because i was too lazy to farm anything else! I've switched from Soulshine to War Maiden now tho, works much better and was sooo nice to get rid of that Health jewellery :smile:

    Soushine, Warmaiden, with Bloodspawn for the ultimate gen. Soul Assault & JBeam = Death Rays

    My templar is a healer so this is just what I've heard from pals...
