Does anyone know the formula for understanding regen currently?
I'm mainly interested in base regeneration and how much it scales with your resource pool.
I'm trying to compare Amberplasm for example to Shacklebreaker to see how close I am stat for stat when it's all said and done.
I.E.
AMBERP:
1000M (nulled)
3%CR (3% remain)
129SD (nulled)
300MR 300SR (160 Remain of both)
SHACKLE:
129WD (redundant)
129SD (nulled)
129MR 129SR (nulled)
2000M 2000S (1000M 2000S remain)
I'm looking for ~exact values of what I'd gain recovery wise from the Shackle 5 piece at those values (+- gain on Amberplasm)
I know damage is involved in this as well as other things but I'm looking purely from a recovery angle just now.
