SWALLOW SOUL, Minor Vitality for group heals?

I did some searching but cannot find anything definitive...
If I slot SWALLOW SOUL and get MINOR VITALITY does the 8% bonus to heals apply just to what I receive, or also to heals that I give to my group?

✭^ Yes, Vitality is received. The spell also only applies the buff to you.If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].1 -

Hmm, may have to re-morph back to FUNNEL as an "off healer" and see if my own survivability is compromised0
