    How are you supposed to even get these crates? I have plus, log in, and no special crate offer to be found.

    You will receive an in game email with the crates on the 17th Jul. Got an email from ZOS about it. :smile:

    I got the email about the promo happening but it only had the "log in on these dates for free crates" information - nothing about the actual delivery time, just "after". So now it's the 15th and I've had to scrape the internet to find threads like this - I go back and check my email and it does NOT give a delivery date.

    Terrible *** customer communication.

    Yes, my experience has been exactly the same. I've not received any email explaining when or how my crates would be received.

    Neithor me or my gf has received an email. But as long as we get our 5 crates for 5 days of logging in.

    It says clearly that they will be delivered on the 17th.

    I got the email as well, but maybe some had theirs go into SPAM folders.

    Hmmm - plus member here, couldn't log in yesterday due to work, logged in today and no Crown Crates in my in-game Email. *sigh*

    Did you check you crown boxes tab in game menu?

    I didn't - thanks! Expected them to come via an actual mail, but it makes perfect sense for them to just be there in the Crown Crates tab.
