Is the Physical Resistance ignored by maces pre or post Debuffs.

If it's post, then I think it should be buffed, if it's pre, then I think it's fine.

    Just tested it. It goes Debuffs on Target -> Maul/Mace -> Flat Value Penetration buffs.

    So Mace/Maul goes after Major and Minor Fracture and Breach and stuff like Alkosh and Crusher, but it goes before stuff like TFS, Spriggan, Spinner, Kra'gh, or Sharpened. Good to know.

    The better question is if its before or after penetration from other sources, I would assume its after the debuffs, but I can't be sure to be honest.

    Maces/maul ignore resistance left over after the debuffs are applied.
