Read my post immediately before yours, a lot of the people I've heard of doing this do it for the jewelry drops not the skin.

As long as all the bosses in the instance are dead, the skin will still be awarded

This is a very odd thing.
Whoever steals the instance still has to kill Rakkhat.
Now, if these players are good enough to kill Rakkhat smoothly and reliably, then it means that they should be good enough to get to Rakkhat in a timely manner. So basically, the invaders just saved themselves half an hour. Whoop-dee-do.
If stealing an instance will save this invading group a lot more than half an hour, then they're probably going to have a rough time killing Rakkhat and there's a good chance that they won't even be able to clear.
