Havent tested this on the PTS but on live it still works. Kind of thought that this would be an obvious fix but I guess not. Thoughts?

I can imagine organized groups ulti bombing in a deathmatch right from the start. In my experience is hard to recover after one group wiped the other two in a map like Ularra.
Most of dueling competitions I watched/assisted required start with 0 ultimate, seems more fair to me.0 -
