Oh wait... I've never owned Viper aside from the time where it was Bind-on-Equip and you could make tons of money out of selling gold jewelry... So I guess I'm not eligible. Plus I don't exactly play with procs... I mean I do but like... Its only Bloodspawn...
On a serious note, I'll be running Bone Pirate and Hunding's Rage/Spriggan + vMA/Master weapons on my stamblade seeing that Agility isn't exactly a viable set anymore. No Torug's Pact + Infused cheese for me sadly...Edited by Izaki on July 14, 2017 2:29AM@ Izaki #PCEU

Spriggan DW + infused is pretty much torugs without torugs being a requirement.
I´m going to be rocking a torugs build for sure. I´ve already used it from time to time since one tamriel (torugs + spinner + 1p monster).

They are not buffing agilities 2pc to match its 1.5x increase over standard set bonuses. Since all max stat bonuses are now 1026 or something like that.. agility should be increased by 200-300 stamina.
Zos came out and said it was intended that they did not buff agility/willpower/endurance which means they are less viable then 5/5/2.PS4 NA DC0 -

That does suck. And I just worked those into a decent stam DK dot build for pvp. My resource pools are awesome. To be fair I guess it already offered a big stam bonus?0 -
