Haha @TARAFRAKA your story reminds me of a nICP run. I played as a cp350 ish templar tank. Healer was also quite high. Two dps we had were complete utter scrubs. They were nice guys though and you could see they tried their best. One was frantically spamming snipe, while the other use executioner on full health mobs. You get the picture. So in stead of vote to kick, the healer and I tried to give them advice such as using steel tornado and endless hail on trash. Stuff like that.
They died a lot throughout the whole dungeon. Standing in acid in the 3rd boss fight, but they tried to listen. We pushed on, and 100 soul gems further, we finally reach lord warden. So we went through the tactics and MY GOD!? We did it in one go! Unbelievable. One of the 2 dps was out of his freaking mind, screaming "Guys! That was such an epic fight, THANK YOU for this. Thanks so much!" We did it in about 1.5-2 hours, but after those final reactions it was worth it in my opinion.

I wasnt after anything. I dont know if i could have made myself any clearer, I ENJOYED this encounter. I wasnt complaining about it; I loved it. Smh.
It was the CP 400 who was complaining..did you even read it? I dont believe you did.
Dude I your your stupid post. I don't think bragging about it here and narcassistically demanding a gold star for an every day encounter for most people qualifies you to magically know who did and did not read your 'hey look at me' mantra.
I don't know what you're after, because 'elitests' and even lowbies are having to carry people this patch. There's alot of new and rejoining players now. Carrying is the meta. What do you want? Attention? There, you got it.
We wont agree so theres no point to even engage in a discussion. Cheers.
even answering this kind of post like u did makes u look like your nose is very very high up in the sky...
So if I answer your post does that also mean my nose is high in the sky? What kind of backward logic is that? I responded to him and said that we weren't going to agree so there wasn't even a point to the conversation.
I guess I saw that as being the mature thing to do as opposed to fighting and disagreeing over several more pages and then having it end with absolutely neither person seeing the other side.
you're not even able to reflect the way you were writing and how u talked about yourself. elitism sucks. it doesnt matter if you are a *** elitist, or playing jesus-elitist beeing aware of how great you are yourself, your posts stink from self-congratulation, its awfull and it hurts to read. both are singns of arrogance. come down from where u are, and recognize its just a game. and beeing able to move your fingers a bit faster in a game doesnt make u better than anyone else here, also not, if you are at least not flaming at other people, it just makes u a bit less *** than the other guy.
coming back to what u wrote: why is it good to pull people through a dungeon, which maybe want to experience something and have to learn the real difficulies, why is it cool to tell the guy what he has to do and all that stuff? giving some tipps is nice, and good, but taking all responsibilities from him as tank isnt usefull for him in any ways. he has to learn this dungeon, and playing it with two cp 1000 elitists and a cp 400 wannabe isnt for him usefull in any ways too. just my 5 cents, so even the cp 400 attitude was rude and unfriendly, but carrying isnt usefull as well, skipping all mechanics because u have such a superduper dps and u have to show everyone and u are sooo generous.... i once did with a friend as well, i remember random group members complaining its too fast for them and they aren't learning anything. and guess what: they were right.

I am at CP363 now and havent done any group content so far, tried it when i was lower and all i got was a lot of screaming and kicking from the groups because well, i didnt know the mechanics. I dont mind beeing criticised but we all started at one point. So guys, instead of instant kicking someone or screaming at them, teach them.
Yes, the bolded part is very imporant. I have also had instances where people would curse at you if you tried to help them. Sorcs spamming force pulse in trash packs, saying he doesn't need to slot more AoE and that he is fine. That was veteran WGT. Yea... I left that group.Haha @TARAFRAKA your story reminds me of a nICP run. I played as a cp350 ish templar tank. Healer was also quite high. Two dps we had were complete utter scrubs. It's crazy right. What shouldn't be very enjoyable ends up being some of the funnest moments that you have in the game. I think it's honestly all about the new person's attitude. If they're trying it usually turns out being a pretty cool experience from what I've seen.

Thank you for being positive.
So a friend and I que for the pledges. We are both near 1000 CP, all hardmode trials completed, leaderboard regulars blah blah blah...what some would describe as...dun dun dun..an elitist.
Shoutout to that CP 94(now 96 after the pledges!) for hanging in there. There ARE elitists out there that are helpful and willing to play as a team.

So, you are a good elitist. Ha ha. Nahh.. what a lot of sane and civilized folks are and have been complaining about the term elitist is not somebody who are on or can make the top tier on the weekly leaders board or someone who has done every hard mode contents and have every skins and can throw out a 50k damage hit. Good for you or those for accomplishing all that. It just means you're a good player or gamer for ESO and have put in the time and efforts. When the term elitist is taken in effect negatively is when those who can do what I have mentioned, but then constantly brags about it on how they are the best in ESO, their build/setup is the bomb and better than anyone and everyone else is beneath them. Elitist in-game (ESO) are like narcissist or an alpha male on steroids in real life. Not many like those types.
I can side somewhat with lower CP being questionable in going into vet dungeons. I have done vet dungeons with players of all CP levels, even those in the 100s and double digits CP. Depending on the build/setup, I have been in such dungeon runs where even those in the 400 CP were wiping. Most definitely, those in the 100s and below were wiping, at times, over and over. It was rough going, but we made it through, and I have never personally kicked anyone out from a dungeon or trial. However, it is the tolerant level of people/players. Some who may just want to breeze through will be irked by lower CP level toons/players. Those they may think they are gods of ESO will surely not like any lower CP toons with them in vet dungeons, or any other vet contents, for that matter.
Hey, it is nature of the beast with MMO, when you have different people from different areas and backgrounds playing together; most of whom you don't really know. Likewise, take me for example. I'm right there with you on CP and have many maxed CP toons, but I also have a couple low level new toons that I am leveling up. Even with my new toon in the single digit to level 20 non-cp, I can still solo a dolmen or hold my own with world bosses and even ran through, sololy, certain normal dungeons. When I queue into a random normal dungeon with this lower level toon, I get some of those pushback attitude about my low toon going through a dungeon. There were even certain that left or having my toon voted out. Ha ha. Again, they don't realize my low toon can hold its own as a dps. Players' elitist attitude/mindset will not go away. To me, it is mere annoyance, at best.. like speeders on the roadway.

Op had the power to drag someone through the dungeon, and he did. I don't see what so elitist about it.

actually, good on you for keeping the player on!
I have truly never understood why people look down upon us lowly peasants for using a different platform to play the SAME DAMN GAME.
Ill never understand the whole console vs PC argument.
PC = master race and console = well, it's there.
A PC isnt a "race" or a master of anything, we are all just players playing a game albeit thru a different platform and thats it. Most games nowadays come out thru multiple media forms so youd think by now, most would see how inane that is.

PCs get way more add ons than us, so they have the advantage there. Especially the ones that tell you what button to push.
I wonder if PC Master race people will spawn offspring that will be "VR master race" and evolve past their parents.
Really though, to each their own...

I would love to see a showdown of US versus them no add-on version. I think we would rock that since we have never had them and we still had to L2P.

Dude, All the negativity on here is from people that wish they were L33ts, they are the kind of people that join GF daily to get carried by people like you.
The majority of L33ts in this game aren't the actual issue, Since joining PC I have messaged plenty of L33ts for carrys to farm gear in rapid time and get back to max CP rapido and no one, honestly no one was an ass about it at all.
The biggest issue is actually scrubs that just pretend to be elite / good at the game, all they do is read the forums and then say...I have that gear and them skills slotted so I am in their league, despite not owning any skins outside of Mind Shriven or decent titles mainly due to having no friends to play with.
But to be honest, console L33ts are the worst, If I could post the "conversation" I had with to quote himself "I am the guild master of the number 1 trials guild in the game, I have done Vmol HM many times and you cannot tell me to shut up you scrub" and actually then proceeded to stalk to my XB profile for all my ESO screenshots and then somehow called me a roleplayer for taking random shots of random *** in game...
This was just from telling him to give it a rest spamming zone chat in Reapers whining about incap being OP (he lost a duel) proper salty and entitled people on XB. I'd love to be able to post the whole conversation. unremarkably after asking his guild mates about him they all actually agreed he's a complete *** but they needed him in the group lol, Some people on here can probably guess who this fool is.
@TARAFRAKA just come over to PC EU, I'll sort you anything you need, console is the absolute worst for entitled deluded pricks in gaming, ESO especially.

Just last night i was invited to tank NSo, I have never tanked it or even been in there.
I couldn't get my headset working and lost sound completely from my monitor trying to get it working for TS.
The guild was patient and understanding and we finished it.(me with no sound)
I felt like a total loser in there and in the end they invited me to join their guild.
They carried me in there and I owe them for that and I am sure I will pay them back in one way or another.
There are great people in this community and they outnumber the jerks 20 to 1.
