Can't login to support, not getting access code via email

I tried logging into ESO support and it says I am logging in from a new device and it sent me an access code to my email. I'm not getting any of these access codes, I tried a few times.

✭I had the same issue, but eventually the mail arrived. That can happen, yes.
But sometimes, just sometimes there is another reason for not getting this e-mail.
<- this one was trying to log in to client, e-mail was sent, client crashed before entering the access code.
This one moved e-mail to trash because this one thought it is connected to the old client, opened a new client and waaaiiiiited for a new mail. Which did not arrive. Of course.
After 15 minutes and lots of "wtf" this one remembered: there is an old e-mail in the trash folder.... let's use that one.
Login success.
