More Were creatures?

Werewolves..... yeah they are cool but overused. I was actually surprised when playing Dragonborn when I was charging in to kill 3 Nords and out of nowhere they changed into Werebears.

According to lore there are other were-creatures. Werebears (as mentioned, can be found in Solstheim and also in Skyrim), Wereboars which appeared in the 2nd game (are located exclusively in High Rock), Werevultures (are reportedly rare in Valenwood), Werelions (can be found in the jungles of Elsweyr) and Werecrocodiles (are known to lurk in isolated swamps of Black Marsh).

Almost forgot Weresharks which are said to roam the seas, according to M'aiq the Liar.

Hopefully more Were-creatures will be added later on and with it the ability to become them. Might even make them into a race only thing, like Wereboars (Bretons), Werebears (Nords), Werelions (Khajiit), Werecrocodiles (Argonians) Werevultures (Wood Elves) and some new Were-creature can be made for the High Elves, Dark Elves and Imperials.

I love the idea of the base race being applied to the were-creatures! I don't think it makes sense to have a were-argonian/wolf character. Some sort of lizard skin should be taken into account, but more importantly, just a variety! I have long thought that base race should affect the were-creature look, if only a little as a superficial thing with stats being the same to not damage game balance. I created this forum account simply to respond to this idea! I have thought this since beta testing, and since skyrim!

Maybe not race only thing, but province only thing. For example you can be bitten by werevulture only in Valenwood, because this is place where you can find most of them. More were creatures is an old idea and is 100% lore friendly. Maybe ZoS could add them with new expansion (chapter xd) about such things.

I just had disturbing images of "adorable" bosmers chewing on victims.

"The werebug emerges several times a year, at full patch. It devours quests, skills and even whole sets of gear. Its origins are lost to history, but in single player ESO games would be slain by worthy players using an artefact of great strength called Unofficialparchus. Since ESO resides in the bowels of Mount Serverus the werebug can only be slain by developers, but there's little to wake them from their slumber".

Well, if one reads up the lore on lycantropy...
...one finds tales of several kinds of lycantropes, from werebears, werewolves, werecrocodiles, werelions, werevultures, wereboars, and even weresharks.

That would be the ones supported by that bit of lore.

I ncould easily see them becoming part of the ESO experience... (though due to their rarity, and ZOS need to make some profit if they expend the resources to program them, most likely with some "crown store only" aspect, either only available there, or with infection locations in DLC regions?)

I really want the crown store to offer reskins of werewolf. No changes to abilities just cosmetic changes to allow were-bats etc (things that already exist in game).

The unusual werewolf reskin I would especially LOVE to buy is one that hides the werewolf transformation. So you activate ww, your skill bars change to just ww abilities and your equipped weapons disappear, but you still look like your character.

Imagine how beastly a huge orc would look jumping a huge distance to crash into a mob, roaring to fear them then punching them to death. Then eatting their bodies... I would definitely werewolf more for that.
