ESO Down on XBOX? "Could not retrieve announcements"

I can't log into ESO. All I see is a message that says, "Could not retrieve announcements," followed by a notification upon attempted login that says I'm not connected to XBOX Live, which I am. Anyone else having this problem?

Haha anything to give us more stability, I guess! Not sure if you played at launch, but there actually was a queue to play the game
