Will anything replace Prosperous for gold farming?

    People gold farm? Really? Why?

For me, gold accumulation is a side effect of everything else I do.

Because a good farmer can make 60k/hour in pure gold. You're just mowing npcs with AoE, in a high populated area that spawns quickly, with prosperous gear etc. Easy money.

This its an way to pay for grinding, if you want gold, farm stuff players pay for.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I have never willingly worn any gear with the prosperous trait and have over 13 million gold and own more than 15 homes, including a manor.

There are already better ways to make gold in the game than relying on Prosperous trait gear.

    are you single?

If I was single I'd be having fun spending my gold instead of putting it away for a rainy day :/

Why not give Prosperous the gold drops AND the XP boost of Training and replace Training with Invigoration or something to describe the increased stat recovery? Combine the garbage drops into a single trait that's useful under two different circumstances, and unified by the fact that you are boosting things you receive from stuff you kill (gold and XP).

Prosperous is a pain. If you want to keep prosperous, take it out of the loot tables/drops and make it a craft only thing. Same with training. The most annoying thing in the world is to be farming a gear set and getting training/training/prosperous/other trait I dont want/prosperous/training/other trait I dont want/ ad nausium ad infinitum for weeks til I get what Im looking for. Two less things in the loot tables would be better. Or rather, 2 traits times seven to 9 pieces times 3 sets is 52 fewer items in the loot table.

That is heavily from selling drops to the vendor.

    Hi all,

Anyone knows if Prosperous trait will be replaced/available in some other way (ie: a new set with items bonus for farming gold) for players that like to farm gold this way?

I know you can farm gear, mats, etc. and sell them to make gold, but that's just antother way, that's RNG way, not like Prosperous.

And yes, Prosperous currently makes a difference when looting gold (like 50% more, or even more, if you have 7 Prosperous body pieces).

    Thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter if other methods rely on RNG. They're still better than gold farming.

The smartest thing would have been to keep the original trait, fix Rng and eliminate training and prosperous drops from end game or give us a token system. Zos chose the lazy way out.

It ain't though. Like maybe 15-20k of that is from the drops, probably less. I'll get over not having prosperous anymore, I just think it's super funny how everyone underestimates how much gold you can get from 7 x prosperous with imperial / humanoid mobs.

Maybe if you're CP 630 and farming WBs / public dungeons with your buddies, or want to spend hours speculating at guild traders and flipping items, or flirt with RNG and farm mats in open world for the chance at gold tempers, you can make more gold. I'm just saying that prosperous WAS a decent way to make gold, and it wasn't gated by CP (to an extent) or having BiS gear or fantastic survivability or high level friends or good luck finding a mat farming route.
