To start with, I'm extremely excited and looking forward to the pvp event. I anticipate it to be well received on XB1; but I do have some concerns.
1) Queue times
As it stands now, we get 100+ wait times on our 30 day cp campaignin off-peak hours, sometimes closer to 300 during prime time (on EP); our 7 day is anywhere from nearly instant to 60+. There is hardly any non-cp action on our campaigns that even comes close to what happens on the cp campaigns (I understand there's a scene for it on pc, it just doesn't exist on XB1). I'm assuming that we're gonna see much larger queues with everyone wanting to farm ap/titles/RFTW boxes, etc. This will be a good thing, but I have concerns is with the server performance that we experience on XB1.
Which leads to.....
2)Server Stability
Unfortunately it's become accepted behavior for ESO to crash us to the dashboard and we have to relog in on a somewhat regular basis (if this doesn't apply to you, congratulations! but it happens to a large number of people). This is my biggest concern. I understand that you just figured out an issue between you guys and your ISP; but I can just see it happening now: great pvp going on, random load screen, crash; riding to the next keep, and hear that familiar sound stuttering "brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr", dashboard crash; or teleport to a keep/outpost and get an endless load screen, forced dashboard crash.
Most of the time, you can get right back in and be in Cyrodiil; but it's gonna be hard to want to queue back up for 1 hr+ if and when we get booted from Cyrodiil after a crash. This already makes a good portion of guildies call it a night for pvp when it happens with our current queue times.
3) Other alliances queuing improperly for shorter waits
It happens, and now that more people know about it; and there's a reason for people who normally aren't in cyrodiil to be there, it's going to happen more. I'd love to see a fix for it before the event, but I'm pretty sure if we get a response here it will be "blah blah blah future incremental patch 6+months from now...."
4) Non CP campaigns
As I stated, they're hardly used. Not saying to do away with them, but I've never seen a time where either of them is even close to full. A way to alleviate some of the queue pressure on the 2 CP campaigns would be to go down to 1 non-CP campaign and open up another CP campaign, even if it's just for the event.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom any input to help put our minds at ease for these issues?
I'm not here to just report something negative; I'd rather see you guys be proactive about this and make the event a great success.
