I went with WIthered Hand. But I can see how either WM or WP would work in certain builds.

Willpower or Minor Slayer ( moondancer/aether).

In my tests, my magplar has around 70% magic damage, which results to even less damage than julianos. War Maiden is PvP only.

Before I quit, I was using using a combination of Withered Hand and Seducer so I could continue to use medium weaving as I refuse to lightning staff HA spam. I had to give up some so much damage In Morrowind just to barely sustain that I got fed up with it and stopped playing. Good Luck!

I use War Maiden, dw Torugs Pact & random sharp staff back bar, Grothdarr and Moondancer in PVE (trials and vet dungeons). Seems to be a great combination for me. I'm able to pull off great dps no problem. If I run into sustain issues I pop a potion and weave in a heavy attack with elemental drain up.

Im confused ur askin what 3 piece? Is that even a question? Willpower gives way more for 3pc than war maiden.

And you are wrong my friend war maiden is proven to be better dps than julianos..

War maiden gives over 130 more spell damage than julianos dont see why it wouldnt

3pc - willpower.
If you're using war maiden then it only makes sense to utilise the 4 pc bonus and use staves too. = more spell damage

PvE? I'm still a firm believer in 5 Scathing Mage and 5 Moondancer (all golden) - blue/purple Moondancer jewellery if ya cannot complete vMoL.

PvP? No idea. You've not made it clear what aspect of the game - PvE or PvP.

I've tried war maiden and it's meh.. Doesn't upgrade elemental Damage like destro ultimate, lightning/inferno staff attacks etc. Julianos > War Maiden in my opinion.

101 by my math. Also, War Maiden doesn't effect WoE, Meteor, Destro ulti or Vamp's Bane.

Even if War Maiden WAS better, I'd still use Julianos just so I don't have to farm/buy and use my own motifs.
