    Crazy thing is, I got nirnroot from 4 of my characters doing the regular alchemy writs yesterday. I was so shocked.

    this. you have to farm out of the way in very off OFF hours to get any decent amounts of it. or shop guild stores. becasue of this writ situation I'm actualy finding columbine to be easier to farm and unlike nirnroot it doesn't have set specific locations.

    this change? is so very VERY welcome. (especially if they change it to ask for lorkan's tears instead :D )

    So either my 250 nirnroot will last a long time when the change comes in, or I have to sell them for as much as I can get while there is still a demand..

    add new survey for nirnroots.

    propose new concept,
    green 50%, blue 25%, purple 15%, gold 10% chances to get random survey maps.

    green survey maps for standard regents (bugloss, white caps, voilet cop, and nightgale) average 4-6 units each node.

    blue survey maps for premium regents (cornflower, wormwood, lady's smock, and emetric ) average 5-8 units each node

    purple survey maps for elite regents (nirnroots, numida's rot, Imp cap, and blue cop) average 6-9 units each node

    gold survey maps for legendary regents (coming soon in future DCL), for example, Red Nirnroots, Glowing Moss, Shreiking Blossums, and Midnight Blooms), items and alchemy only found in specific zone, Blackreach the underground realm. possible amount average of 10-12 to 15 units per node.

    Even if they made more writs require that lvl 10 poison we find everywhere, that would be a start. So easy to obtain that in large quantities. The ravage health writ is about the only one worth the outlay as things stand.
