Has anyone seen an Achievement Furnisher vendor for Horns of the Reach?
I checked near both dungeons and don't see one. Checked Mournhold and there wasn't a new vendor there either.

They mentioned special furnishing items in the notes which i assume unlock directly in the collection tab.
