Open a ticket
Is there any way to open a ticket without being on a character? I am stuck at character load screen. PC version

✭✭Hm, you should be able to submit a ticket from the eso support page, but I just looked and was unable to find the option. It looks like they changed the support page layout (at least on mobile) since I last used it.Beware the battle cattle, but don't *fear* the battle cattle!0 -
Click Web Assistant on the Support page and log in.

I once played with a guy who would rage in guild chat because he was ticketing every single little stupid thing and not getting answers or having them fixed within a day.
Their systems could be a bit easier and far too many lead to an FAQ which doesn't allow for actual contact, but I can see why it was more focused.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
