And as I said above, once the BIS for U15 is determined, you'll be seeing the same thing with whatever trait it is. As someone who makes some coin off of selling BIS gear, I'm not worried about it at all. There will be a market for it as long as there are theorycrafters and people who follow their builds.

Weapons with "sharpened" on it are expensive. At least they have been, maybe with the upcoming nerf they won't be any more, and something else will take their place.
That's just how it is, because those have been in-demand traits. You can learn to craft, and craft yourself stuff with those traits on them for free, or you can farm them yourself. If you buy them, then be prepared to pay those prices.

Your two years late, nirnhoned is already three times cheaper than it use to be. In addition nirnhoned will never be on dropped set weapons so sharpened > nirnhoned for the rest of ESO's life.2 -
