Yeah I guess, probably preparing for when they up the gear cap.

The health value looks suspicious but the Resistances values have been upgraded with the Morrowind patch.
All sets that had Resistances buff in them as piece bonus have been increased.

Item Sets
Any Item Set that had a 2, 3, or 4-piece bonus that granted either Spell Resistance or Physical Resistance has had that value increased by roughly 35%.

As long as they didn't do something like reduce all recovery on all stats universally by 90% and increased the health and damage of all vet-level enemies by 75% to compensate for the reduction to player recovery values.

Before viper came out, looking at that set you could say "if that were true hunding rage 5 piece would give 600 weapon damage, this is obviously ridiculous"

Say its with 9 meters, not 9000(obviously trying to be sarcastic there). Thats a rather plausible change. Sometimes you just never know.

Hmm I think that procs now scale off Weapon/Spell damage and Max Stamina/Magicka. This is great if true.

Well, that means no more CP 130 2.5k Viper procs...that will also mean CP 630 5k Viper procs...not too sure if that's good news

I am not sure if this is true. Normaly Procblades have not so many Weapon-Damage if they are only focused on the Procsets

To me it sounds like dividing damage scaling between a set characteristic and a character one which is good if thhat is the case.

"Nerfs of the Reach" ought to be really popular with CP180 gear essentially being advertised. A crap armor set and the worst news players could receive... "All your gear is worthless. This will be a buff if you are a new player that has less than 160 CP and a nerf if not. Oh, and please buy more Crown Crates."

I feel like the guy in charge making decisions for ZoS is literally a rabid monkey running around with a lighter....

I will actually quit if this happens with no way to upgrade. I quit destiny, which I loved, over this. I'll do the same here. I do not like wasting my time and after 3 years where this was not advertised as a treadmill game, I will definitely quit if it becomes one. Which is sad because other than a quick stint playing dark souls 3 I haven't played anything else.
