So how the hell does one submit a ticket via support when the support pages wont let me log in to submit said ticket.?

When i played on xbox in my pleb days. My eso sub would stop working sometimes even after i payed. Me being the kind of guy that lays there and just takes it i waited.... after a few days it came back.
That method isnt for everyone though i suppose. Im just not one for making a huff.
