ESO+ Craft Bag Not Working (XboxEU)

Today was my renewal date for my sub, everything seemed to be working ok a few minutes ago, my monthly crowns were credited to my account and it plainly showed ESO+ was active on my character details. So there i am farming away and my inventory seemed to be have filled up real quickly with all the stuff that should be in my craft bag. Now i know there was a problem last week with Xbox and ESO+ and i take it that issue hass been resolved. So whats the explanation for this that is happening now? Thank you.

had the same problem

submitted a ticket - basically

they blamed microsoft, me, microsoft, my internet, microsoft, my credit card company, microsoft, microsoft & not forgetting of course microsoft

in the end i cancelled my sub why should i continue to financially support a company that doesnt care about its customers!

So how the hell does one submit a ticket via support when the support pages wont let me log in to submit said ticket.?

When i played on xbox in my pleb days. My eso sub would stop working sometimes even after i payed. Me being the kind of guy that lays there and just takes it i waited.... after a few days it came back.

That method isnt for everyone though i suppose. Im just not one for making a huff.

yeah i used to be the same - but its been 2 and a half years of letting it slide, and being patient.... im just bored of it now!
(not just talking about the eso+ benefits - talking about the game performance as a whole)
