Two-handed should give 2 set bonuses

Dual wield is a standard set in stone. Everyone uses it because it is superior.. and it's mostly because you can equip 2 full sets + 1 monster set. Change so that two-handed weapons gives 2 set bonuses and not 1 to even it out between builds. Where is the common sense that this game should have?

Edit: I use dw on st char in pve cause I can do more dmg not mainly bcs of monster set.
1% of topics I found, post in them. Too lazy to post all of them from mobile. Also why would 2h be 2set. I guess you only play pve so far in this game aswell and bad 2h stopped you from a super awesome theory crafted build.

And 2h weapons are one piece of gear. Not two. You can have everything just because.

✭✭✭✭✭Actually on stamina user You get get similar or sometimes higher DPS with 2 hander then with dual wield and on magicka DPS staffs are dominating. You want to buff something that is already strong enough.3 -

I think that only 1h/s should be nerfed. PvP point of view (PvE is ez in eso stop crying I won't reply)
1h/s has a gap closer which is not the characteristic of a tanks mobility.
It also has a decent tooltip dmg on its attacks.
These are the things I would like to see looked at.

"Maintain" balance! Two hand already needs a buff. S&B is king in PvP. You can't run an extra proc without an extra slot after all. 2h weapon may be just 1 piece of gear yet it's big enough to make 2 or more pieces. So why not allow it to count as 2 perks?0 -

✭Make it so they has 1 set bonus, but can be upgraded so it has 2 set bonuses. The upgrade process requires 2 of the exact same items to be "merged" this process "destroys" 1 of them.
Example:
If you want to make a 2 set bonus for Necropotence Sharpened Staff you need 2 of them exactly the same including level, and enchantment.

Grimhallow✭✭✭My immediate response was hells no. But then maybe it's different on EU servers, but on PCNA (especially in PvP) 2h is king. The skills, passives, and animations of 2h all far outweigh those of duel wield. And a big reason for that is Rally. A stam class in pvp is almost foolish not to use 2h for the Rally buff, which gives the necessary major brutality, along with a crazy burst heal.
I actually came to this thread because I was happy somebody was suggesting a DW buff (or maybe not a buff but a change that makes it more viable instead of 2h). I would only consider giving 2h a 5-pc bonus if rally was moved to the fighters guild skill tree (and even then it would be a stretch).
I would not give the extra set bonuses to staves or bows, however. As their range is the tradeoff for losing one set piece. I can't even imagine the snipes coming at you if bow counted towards two set pieces.0 -

Not at all as "shown" in this thrwad and the others all of us eho are so deluded to think 2h/bow is good pvp and sny staff builds good for pve trials or vmsa are just wrong headed morons.
According to some stamina dw rules the roost pve and 1hs rules pvp so we gotta boost the sets for the other cuz that alone is the reason.
Also evetybody able to run same sets equal more diversity.
I am just too dense tho to agree with such wisdom.
