Can't login...steam issue

For more than two hours it tells me that it's "Unable to initialize connection to Steam". Though my internet works. What's this error, never had this before..
"Is it true her wounds healed on their own ? Yes" No s***, at 75% health regen penalty!

I was a vampire like you, but then I took an idea to the head...

    People are having issues with ping ect only choice locations are affected can't even log in myself it has become so bad just have to wait for maintainance on the 5th

    I have the same problem. I can login with my other account that is not steam even though it is really laggy. It is not really playable with my non-steam account.

    I have it worse than you even can't even log in with my ZOS account forget steam :P

    I can login when I don't launch from steam but, then it drops my account status as eso plus
