Need help. Can't Login (Error 200)

I need help. I'm having Error 200, and am unable to login. The announcements on the login screen also cannot be retrieved. I've never had this problem before. Is there anyone else having this problem or is it just me? I tried both the EU/NA servers, restarting my pc and even repairing the launcher/client, none of it works.

I had the same issue after the update of Windows 10 to the anniversary edition, then again with the most recent major update to Win10. Launcher works just fine, gets announcements and such, but the actual game can not access the internet. I tried opening ports, adding it to exception for windows defender and turning the firewall off, but no luck. Nothing worked. I ended up reverting Windows 10 to the previous build and it went back to working just fine.
