This, IRL saber cats had short tails too. Probably why they went extinct, from people making fun of them.

I think that perhaps their stumpiness extended to their mating "prowess", thus the extinction.
Ugh... I'm so tired of explaining this, but sure I'll do it again. Lol.
The cat having a short tail, isn't stubby. It is because it is bobbed. M'kay? This is not a defect, but rather something that gives the cats with it a HUGE advantage in combat. Cats with bobbed tails, are basically spring-loaded. In other words, they are known for pouncing and essentially tackling their targets. Muscling them down to the ground, and then ripping them apart with ground work. This is especially beneficial, because the cat in question has sabre teeth. Something which is used to pierce the throat, and suffocate it's prey on its own blood and from the massive fangs impaling it. All the while ripping it open and repeatedly cutting and stabbing.
TL;DR Version: Think of the fangs as giant knives, and the bobbed tail as a means to assist with tackling power and stability mid-pounce. They aren't runners and chasers, but tacklers and hard-hitters. Look up the Smilodon, bruh. As that is what they are based off of.

Thank you for the explanation. I think I much prefer the lion..
I want more color variation, or please offer the original again.
Uh, what happened to his tail. I guess that's.. normal for its species?

Thank you. I have the black senche, and the yellow lion. I will go for the white sabre cat version.

You mean to tell me you've never fantasized about riding a giant battle-cat into a fight?

Yup. Called the Smilodon. They essentially were like tigers on steroids. Absolutely massive and muscular cats, with fangs as sharp as swords. They were the real life senche, as they were definitely large enough to ride upon. Probably too big to ride.
