How many is tons? You need 150 for every key in that vault.

You need 150 key fragments in order to open that vault, as opposed to 60 of them for the 6 vaults in the city. They now stack 200x just like any other item (it used to be 60 but they changed that a while back). But be aware that activating a door will convert all the fragments you have into keys for that specific vault. The keys will be bound to your char's inventory, unlike the fragments, which can be traded. Also in the long run it's not really that advantageous to play the RNG box at ICP vault since fragments go for about 120 gold each on guild stores so you are throwing away 18K gold for each try, either directly, if you bought them or indirectly, as foregone profits. It's more efficient just running the dungeon since the drops are the same. nICP is really easy and can be done by 2 people in 20 minutes or less (can't be soloed due to the levers before the end boss). With 4 people it takes probably 12-15 if you just skip the mobs and go for the bosses. The more people in the group, the better the chances you will get what you need.

Is your inventory full? They tank up bank space when they convert. Bank them so you have just 150 on you and at least 3 inventory spaces.
