Can't Buy Morrowind Upgrade - ESO Store Keeps Redirecting to Main ESO Store Page

I used to be able to purchase crown packages and the like from the Zenimax ESO store no problem (I'm not using the Steam version of ESO) but now all of a sudden when I want to buy Morrowind, the store keeps redirecting back to the main store page whenever I click to buy now. I can't simply make a new account as some people have mentioned, because I only need the upgrade to Morrowind, and I'll need to rebuy the whole game with a new account.
Can anyone help me?

Lirkin✭✭✭✭Morrowind is not a DLC so you can't buy it in the store you need to pay for it with money.0

YouObviouslyLoveOreoSoul ShrivenI'm not trying to buy from the in game crown store, Im trying to buy from the main ESO store on the website itself (where you buy crown packs, the base game, ESO plus, etc). I keep getting redirected back to the main store when I try and buy Morrowind Upgrade, it doesnt send me to the billing page0
