Abandoned the quest (in Quest Journal). Found the Quest Giver Elfbetta the Shy (personal assistant to Narsis Dren) at a camp just outside of the Dreloth Ancestral Tomb entrance (east side of zone). Finishing Dreloth directs you to Veloth (west side of zone); check-in with Elfbetta just outside that entrance. As per the advice above, WAIT to speak with Narsis at each point along the way, especially the last part around the treasure vault (it seems like he has disappeared; just wait 5-10 seconds and he appears). Do not go through that last door until you talk with him; you'll know you're in the crucial conversation when you get to the point where you have to choose between two red responses. I just chose one; I don't think it matters which you choose. It works. Outside, Narsis tells you that Elfbetta will give you your reward.

Just got stuck at this point as well. As did five other people around me.

Sometimes Dreth doesn't appear though, sometimes he just gets stuck outside the room and turns invisible. That's what happened on my second run through. In that case logging out and in again then running through the room and back towards the exit caused him to finally appear.

Yeah I gave up after abandoning it twice. First time cause I didn't go through the door fast enough and copped an invisible wall. The second time I wasn't paying attention and went through a door which took me to the start of the tomb and I could no longer get back.

I'm glad I'm not alone. I did run though the door ahead of that s'wit Narsis so that may be the problem. This quest seems very sensitive to talking to Narsis. I, too got stuck in the puzzle room unable to complete it. I no longer have the map either. I will try deleteing and see if I can find Narsis again. I originally got the quest finding the orc at Veloth who pointed me to the Dreloth tomb in Sadrith Mora. If not, well, I'm glad I'm not a completionist but it is still irksome.

I finished this without a problem, must have been lucky. However, I did have a problem with the initial quest giver in a spot patrolled by two Kagouti (had to kill them first).

Never mind; not sure what was going on.

I just ran into this same issue today. I accidentally left the tomb and now I can't re-enter. Submitted a ticket, hoping for resolution.

Yah, I gave up, restarted it, and managed to finish it fine. Which is unfortunate as it is a relatively long quest to get to that point.

Same as above. I beat the Matriarch and proceeded normally. Wound up at the beginning and cannot return because the wall is closed up behind where the gold skull used to be.

This occurred on 8/19/2017. I submitted an in-game bug report.

Still bugged. I did get separated from Narsis at one point....not sure but that may have caused the glitch. I completed the tiles puzzle and watched the door open for me...but I can't enter the room. Andf Narsis is standing away from the door seeming to be inactive. He never responded to the door opening.
