I was able to activate my game but I can't redeem the Explorer's Pack code.

Hello forums! I just got my ticket for a forum account answered and here I am 
I've contacted support about this but I still haven't received an answer. Game is installing so I haven't logged in yet.
I write this in order to know if anyone else had my issue. Basically I've registered the game with the main code without issues but now if I open "Redeem Code" there is the popup same as before "Please enter your Game Registration Code first, then any Membership Time Code or promotional code below."
The problem is that if I write in the Explorer's Pack code, it says it's invalid. Can't I redeem it anymore???

Dyride✭✭✭✭✭Why doesn't the base game give the Explorer's Pack? It is ridiculous to lock races to factions after One Tamriel.
Several friends just recently bought the game and are now dealing with the fact they ended up on 3 different factions because of the races they chose.
This has completely turned them off from enjoying PVP together because Battlegrounds are NOT the best introduction to learning PVP in this game.V Є H Є M Є И C Є

Gwaurin✭✭They should at least allow players to buy a faction switch on a character. Otherwise, players have to reroll a character from the ground up simply to PvP in Cyrodiil with the faction and guild they want to run with.
Character creation could use a way to save character templates. After a character is perfect, if a player decides they want to change class or reroll faction, they're at a dead end. Recreating a character with this much customization depth is impossible without a template save.
It would also be nice to have a way to "test drive" classes or pay for a class change. What if a player creates a great character and then doesn't like their class? Or simply wants to remake an old character as a different class? With Racials favoring certain classes, it's inevitable that there will be some class regrets if a player wants to min/max their stats later as well.
TLDR:
Add Character Creation Template Saves
Add Faction Switch in Crown Store
Add Class Reroll in Crown Store (And/Or Allow Class switch before level 10 and a finalizing option at level 10)0
