XB1 NA Unable to read "Invitation to Morrowind" lore book

Has anyone encountered a bug where you can't read the "Invitation to Morrowind" letter you get in the Supplies tab of the inventory? I've completed everything quest-wise in Morrowind, but I still can't even read that letter to add to my lore library.

That's probably it. I preordered Morrowind and did intro before the real release. I guess we'll never know, and ZOS probably won't fix it. It's just a minor bug.I had already done the intro quest for Morrowind before the release
At least it's in our libraries though, so you can still read it there.

PsNES✭✭I know I had this problem. It could be because you may have read it once? I know I was unable to read it again after my 1st time, so that's probably your issue. Or maybe it's quest related. If you've already finished Morrowind main quest you may not be able to read it.---PC| NA |DC---
