Would you like to see the Snakesblood Passive be the counter to Resource Poisons?

Yes, I think having the Snakesblood Passive as a counter to Resource Poisons is a fantastic idea...
The whole poison crafting system is bad and should be redesigned.

Its ridiculous that alchemy reagents that create best healing potion, magically when mixed with oils crate best poison.

We already had ravage traits and reduce traits. How hard was it to make it so that "Good" traits make good potions and "Bad" traits make good poisons?

this. They have to be reworked. OP's idea is terribad.

    Whats bad about it?

My idea would target Resource Poisons only with Snakesblood...

The other Poisons would remain intact...

exactly they will not be used at all if they are below average and their purpose of implementing them would be in vain. The basic system of those poisons should be reworked from the very scratch

Ah, but the Resource Poisons would not be "below average;" they'd still be as strong as ever...

The only difference would be that Snakesblood would be the counter for those that equipped them...

This would make it incredibly useful in PvP and useless everywhere else in the game. PvP players will then feel like they are forced to max out Alchemy on all of their characters just to compete.

And that's a testament to how broken Resource Poisons are...

    Thank you...

So in other words, if your opponent can attack your Resources, but you cant attack theirs, you are doomed...

    Right?

Well, any low-life scum can buy a poison and use it - no great skill there...

A master alchemist would realize they have been poisoned and do something about it. So it makes sense that we have something to counter poisons (to an extent to be decided).

Maybe make levelling alchemy a bit harder so it's really an achievement...

No change needed, Snakeblood is fine as is

    This is a non-issue

    ??

Snakesblood is completely useless as is; who in the heck crafts pots with a negative effect on it!??

Inaddition, Resource Poisons are OP to the point of being broken; this point has been emphasized repeatedly on these forums and elsewhere many, many times already...

So, yeah, this is very much a real issue...

Can't remember what I voted on for this but: have snakeblood do the following:

Rename it to whatever, then "Consuming a potion cleanses you of [x] harmful effects" meaning it's reliable but can't be constantly used (pot cooldown), and might give more reason to use such a thing as potion cooldown reduction glyphs.

Edit: seems I didn't vote, next time make the poll options a little less pointed.

Just a necro reminder to the Devs; @Wrobel

When you guys look at Proc Sets, look at Resource Poisons as well; they are just as great a problem as pertains to game balance (due specifically to the lack of a realistic counter for them) as Proc Sets...

Even moreso IMHO; atleast you can counter damage and heal through an opponents onslaught...

You can do absolutely nothing to counter someone attacking your Magicka and/or Stamina pools with Resource Poisons...

Maybe let snake blood reduce potions and poisons the same way... So if you want to protect v poisons then lose pots too.

I'd prefer their removal from the game but this is better than nothing.
