Good DK setup?

So my girlfriend has finally finished the main story and would like to start running her DragonKnight for more challenging PvE play. She doesn't really want to play PVP at the moment (which is fine by me because she just started her move into CP) so I decided to tell her to balance out her stats to get the results she is after.
Now, the thing is I'm not very familiar with DK builds and setups, so I wanted some advice from people who are more experienced in this area. She likes to run with good resistance and damage; I told her Magicka can be boosted via food but before I decide to let her change her attributes points I wanted some tips and guidelines.
What would be a good setup for her DK in regards to attribute and champion points since she is only around CP60 atm? And good skills for her to use as well?

Not mine, obviously, but Alcast does good stuff and usually posts multiple different gear set ups for those that need easier to get gear at the start.1 -
humpalicous✭✭✭Just head on over to Alcast's site or channel, he posts the meta builds for all classes for end game content such as trials and vet dungeons.
As for VMA, the same builds he posts are viable, just throw in some more self-healing and you're golden!1 -
pizzaow✭✭✭✭Alcast does have all the information you need; CP setups for both max level and 300 CP.
I'd also take a look at this build: Elemental Fury Heavy attack build by @Masel92
... specifically scroll down to the "off-balance group support setup". It's a less complicated rotation and has great survivability and resource management. It's less DPS than Alcast's build, but I've found it to be very easy to play and still put out vet trial-worthy DPS.
I set my wife up with this, and she approves
