Sometimes addons like Master Merchant can contribute to this. Collecting sales data too fast can cause a spam limit to be hit. Have you tried turning it off along with any similarly intensive addons when you go to Cyrodil?

Right now there are at least 30 people just on EP that are being disconnected continuously, just because they are near Chalman keep.

its not the addons, I disabled all my addons and the ping spikes are stil there.

Are you playing in a CP or non-CP campaign. I'm hearing from a bunch of folks that non-CP is almost entirely lag free (well that's only for people I know on PC NA so it may not apply everywhere).

I have been playing ESO since beta, have been a subscriber for over 3 years now.
This issue occurs in PVE as well as PVP.

Look in the forums and you will find many people with these issues.

Ok, Refund might be the wrong word to use... credit paying user accounts in Crowns or Crates for the inconvenience these issues have caused.
Something has to be done about all the time wasting bugs that are occurring daily to paying customers

Atleast part of the problem is due to an issue on the Internet.

The problem still needs to be addressed by ZoS tech support as they should have some pull in getting the bottle next corrected. It's been showing up for a week so the company responsible for the routers needs to be contacted as they don't seem to be able to recognize the problem on their own.

I've played 43 hours over the last four days.
• A little lag at times, briefly.
• Some chat indicating some people getting lag, but this fits with the current postings by ZOS on the forums.
• Friends I have been playing with (Australia and US) stable as well. Ten of them.

• Most of what you are reporting are issues not located at the ZOS datacentres. Again, read the forums.

As I mentioned, your mileage obviously varies or your perception does.
Good luck in your endeavours; I hope you find a game where your style of advice is useful.

While on the one side it is true that they may be experiencing some problems with the servers, it is also true that if you need to wait like 40 minutes to join, well thats a good sign you should do something else and try again later on.

I just was stuck in a 5 min load screen and then crashed the client. Logged back in and was "Booted from server" after 1 min. Now I can't log in. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_EveP @ZOS_GaryA @ZOS_TristanK we should get credited for the lack of service. I have paid ZOS over $540 so far... some compensation should be given. When I pay for something I expect a quality product with quality service... otherwise it should be free.

OP I think you are delusional to be wanting refunds, you accepted the terms of service, your options are to put up with it, leave, or hope that ZoS are feeling generous.

Personally I have had similar experience with performance over the last month which is why Ive cancelled sub and wont be playing forseeably as it isnt worth the annoyance (or giving ZoS more money - I think the ~$500-$700 they have made off me in the last 9months is more than enough if performance is shite) versus playing many other great games, and in a month when current sub expires if I havent a reason to come back or miss the game I will just uninstall. As an australian I dont expect amazing latency with 285 being the lowest I typically get and the game plays fine at that with no real struggles with rotations, some slight issues with aoe visual areas but that seems more server/client based than latency in most cases. Point is that at 285ms latency it doesnt stop me playing any of the content, when it goes higher though.... Previously I would get occasional spikes of lag, but this is happening every single time play now. I see frequent latency spikes, as in every 5-10 mins it upticks 20-1000ms making time sensitive content unenjoyable through to unplayable. I've tried multiple options to smooth it out, the usual options that are suggested even a couple of IP tunneling services and none worked. I really dont care enough now given I still play WoW on US based servers and dont see any of these issues, so Im not forking out money to fix a problem I can only conclude is game server based.

It is the worst event ever, very bad implementation

Hours of queue for getting kicked off of cyrodill and having to queue again so ZOS can make a server stress test
