I was getting griefed by someone, I sent a high value item (600k) and the guy said he had received it and used it. I initially thought my cod had went missing, but turned out he was griefing me. I think ZoS forced cancelled it and i got my item back minus the 30k fee. The norm is 30 days I got told repeatedly. That was only last week.
