I wake up angry, so ya. I snap.
Just yesterday I was out in Cyrodiil PUG groups were trying to flip nikle. To their credit they got the door open, however they wouldnt run in, instead they meandered around the door. The red circles where oil was dropping on them causing literally 30+ people to die over and over didnt seem to phase them either.
I /yelled a hopeful message "GET OUT OF THE RED CIRCLES AND PUSH IN"
To no avail. As a wise man once said "you dont know what you dont know" So hopefully this thread and my post will server to help others in the future. Specific to Cyrodiil, you must PUSH INTO THE KEEP AND GET ON THE FLAGS TO FLIP IT.
Thank you again OP for this opportunity, I truly appreciate it.

I'm on a lowbie healer. First dungeon I ever qued for. Warden healer.
I tell the people where to stand to get the best healing and they refuse.
And I kinda lost it on an and got pissed off..
Has anyone else just lost it when the group won't function or communicate properly?
I've been lucky enough to get the occasional pug that communicates, and it is awesome when it happens. Strangely enough, those are the ones most willing to share dropped equipment they either already had or didn't need. It is far better using Discord with my guild though.I don't expect or even fantasize that a Pug formed from Group Finder for Random, or even a Pledge, will communicate or listen. It does happen, but its rare.
If I want a group that communicates, I do so with a group from one of my guilds.

PUGs are usually smoother - a lot smoother. People who run them are doing loads of dungeons quickly, which is why they use them. And they've had A LOT of practise. Sure, people who are frightened of other people and are poor communicators also use them (that's the kind description), but so long as tank and healer know what they're doing you're usually fine.
I think it's rare to get a terrible PUG, and just because someone is in your guild doesn't make them a better player. Some great players in my guilds, some that are always carried. But guilds are more about friendship than competition. At least for me.
So no, never lose my cool. PUGs have given me too large a return on my investment for me to get upset. A small loss is easily swallowed
P.S. Healers always know what they're doing, at least in any group I've been in
healed white gold tower. tank and two dps stood in red without moving on the middle bosses- the 3 in the room . they all proceeded to wipe- blamed me- as i soloed the three by myself while they lay dead cursing my *** heals. after i beat them i left the group . being a healer is aggravating as hell for someone who can dps better than 95 percent of dps.
Difference between a pro and a beginner in MMO's.
The pro's stack together
The beginners run all around and scatter
I've had pug healers that didn't heal, pug tanks that didn't tank, pug DPS that the two of them combined had like 7k DPS... Recently I got a random for Arx and the "tank" kept standing in the first boss snake's AoE heal thing... I don't get mad at video games though. I just sigh heavily, cry/die a little inside and put on some good vibes music and sing to myself it try and ignore the utter stupidity some people just seem to be. Or just cut my losses and leave because I don't have much patience for those that are just flat out unwilling to try or learn.
