I understand this ... but I want to know if they plan on changing this since we never get any communication from ZOS unless we tell them the color of our horses are wrong or something .....
You think the Queue is ZOS's problem? Everyone's just too obsessed with Champion Point PvP. The No CP Campaigns are always empty.

You can probably safely bet that this is how things are going to be until they remove the last cp campaign. As a pseudo fix you can simply play in one of the non cp campaigns and help promote them to get more people playing in them.

See I play with friends that are playing the CP campaign .... the only one !!! the majority of players do not want to play on NON CP .... But my post is about communication before it got hi-jacked ......
I do not understand how the pvp player base sits back and lets this company get away with no communication ..... I really do not want to talk about NON CP .... I want to know why ZOS does not respond to its playerbase? Yes I k now the player base gets negative part of that is because there is nooooooo comunication.....
Ok so back on topic, what's the actual problem? I've played eso since launch. Not so much pvp as I've covered, but I've always seen a single campaign be the "full" one that everyone wanted in. So even when there were multiple campaigns with the same rule set there have always been threads like this with people complaining of the queues. Then when zos raised the queue limits they complained about lag.
This always happens in mmos. People want to be on the most crowded server, or the most popular faction, or the most popular pvp campaign.
So here's the problem. They can't just arbitrarily raise the population limits because that causes the other problem you mentioned, lag. They have created multiple campaigns in the past but nobody used them and the complaints were "But I need to be on campaign X so I can play with my friends, omg zos you suck fix it!!".
If you know of some magic way to solve the the "player's always want to be on the *one* server" then by all means let zos know. But complaining and blaming zos for what players do is silly.
I guarantee if they had another cp campaign barely anyone would use it and you would have posted this same thread about queues and people would have said "so go to camp X" and you would have said "no I wanna play with my friends". I've seen this thread in many different iterations over the years and it is always the same regardless of what ZOS tried to do.
I guess you can be happy they have such a popular game that you have queue times.. it could be empty and you have nobody to play with.
I think they are trying to get people to go into non-CP campaigns instead so that they can eventually remove CP from PvP.
just raise the caps for players in all aliiances...

Removimg all but one cp camp is the dumbest thing ZOS has ever done...
Sotha was easy to get into and fun tonight, vivec was not.
When I was in vivec it was a zerg fest as usual. At one point there was probably 70 EP and another 30 or so DC fighting my group of 20 AD. To me that just isn't fun. Course we got stomped too which made it even less fun.
I much prefer the no cp campaign anyway since I'm only 350ish. So I'm a play thing to the high cp guys. I'm still just learning the pvp side, so it may not be high cp wrecking me, but it feels like it. When I encounter lower cp guys not only do I stand a chance but I even win at least 1/2 of those.
Anyway, to sum up, don't be scared of Sotha, it's a fun (non zergy) campaign where skill will matter a bit more than cp build.Oh and the lag is about 1/2. So bonus pts for that.
Again do not focus on non CP vs CP... I want some type of communication from ZOS..

You're not going to get it.
I heard AD queue last night was 130+. EP queue has consistently been 100+ on weekends. They know.
Think about it.
- CP more popular pre Morrowind.
- Morrowind introduces resource changes which receive a lot of negative feedback
- Thus these changes are going to make CP more appealing.
- Instead ZoS removes a CP campaign, without even asking its community or even telling us the reason.
- From day 1 of Morrowind early access, it even clear this decision was not what the community preferred.
- Here we are, 6 weeks later without a peep.
The Amalexia decision was not made because ZoS anticipated a higher demand for no CP. ZoS would have asked and would have already reverted the change weeks ago upon seeing its error
The lag can't be fixed, proper balance can't be attained with CP, and the power creep has gotten so insane - far beyond what the original devs probably thought was possible - that it's far easier for just to give up on CP PvP. Since the PvP community makes up 1% of the player base and the CP system as the crucial carrot to keep the other 99% logging in and grinding, CP as a base system is staying. We are the ones that will either have to adjust or find a new game.

You want to know why I don't want to do a no CP campaign? Because the *** bags will sit up on their walls firing 20 cold fire ballistas at 5 people and due to lack of CP, I'll be missing 20% resources and a bunch of mitigation that makes eating siege damage while 4 procing stamblades try to gank me... just a little easier.
Aka, siege and procs are ridiculous in no CP, and I and many others don't want to deal with it.
And before the "You are a afraid to let go of your CP crutch" people speak up, I enjoy and handle battlegrounds and actual combat in noCP just fine, I've tried it for hours on end.
