What do you get for that?

For Cadwell's Gold, I got a kettle hat like Cadwell's and a purple levelled necklace. I probably got some gold too, but I didn't notice.

For Cadwell's Silver (in case you don't know), you get the Soul Shriven crafting motif book. I don't really wear the soul shriven style because it isn't a favorite, but if you get that style request in a sealed crafting writ, it's worth a lot of Master writ vouchers!

I will wear my kettle cap with pride, but I mostly did it just to finally be able to say I did it.

soul shriven motif is great, especially the weapons in Japan style.

I'm nearly finished gold for the first time and have really enjoyed it. I felt like a traitor to my alliance at first but I found opportunities to perform a little sabotage by choosing the less desirable (for them) outcome in a few quests ;)

As I have gone from map to map I have also done all the side quests and delves, cleared it of shards, books and scrolls, harvested, done world bosses and dolmens and generally had a lot of fun exploring. I will go back around at some point and clear all the public dungeons too.

    Congratz on finishing!

I am so excited! I finally completed Cadwell's Gold. I have to admit to doing the bare minimum to earn it, but still, I did it. It took me so long because I'd get bored with a character after while. Same abilities, same weapons, same armor, same everything. Then I got to the point where I was able to take on mobs of 6 or more PVE enemies without breaking a sweat (much) and it suddenly became fun again.

Now, I need to figure out where to go next! Vvardenfell, Wrothgar, or Craglorn? Or should I start killing and robbing people by joining the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild? Decisions, decisions. :p

I really enjoyed the Orsinium quest line

    Congrats!

Wrothgar does have very good story. I wouldn't exclude Imperial City from you list though. I enjoyed the story in there, its short but quite good too. If you ever feel like checking it out I would be more then happy to go with you :)

Did it on 5 characters, including every side quest etc back when we had VR ranks.

    OCD completionist here.

So, um....done cadwells silver and gold on 2 characters so far, full Hero Of Tamriel on both, all skyshards in game (bar Vvardenfell) on one of them, Saviour Of Nirn on both, Explorer on both, Monster Hunter on both, and close to Daedric Lord Slayer on one of them.

I am just finishing Cadwells Silver on a third (just about to start Southern Bangkorai), and will be then onto Cadwells Gold with her.

I always do all zones to completion, so I can run around the zone and not see a single quest marker pop up anywhere apart from dailies.

All skyshards, and all 10 MG Lorebooks in every zone as I complete it. A zone is not finished if you don't have every MG lorebook and all skyshards for me. Also make sure to read every bit of glowing paper I find.

I then have a 4th and a fifth character to actually run through everything.

My aim is to have one character of every class having done all content in game, and have all skills to max level including ALL weapons to 50 on every character.

There's a strong overlap between quests that give skill points and quests required for Cadwell's Gold. When my alts need skill points, by running them through the appropriate quests they automatically also progress towards Caldwell's.

i'm too much of an altholic to even finish cadwell's gold once :D

I'm in the same boat. I'm still hoping, but that hope may be starting to fade...I'm working 14 chars now, and I've completed 3 zones on each except the last one, just starting it as a warden in Vvardenfell. After I get that character to Level 50 and finished in zone 3, I'll start over & do level 4 on each. I'll just be happy to get the main story lines finished on the 3 alliances, let alone get all the way up to cadwell's gold...

I only finished it the once, but I went through and got all side-quests, dolmens, world-bosses, skyshards, and Ma'iq locations as well. It took forever, and I just finished it before One Tamriel when they opened everything up. It was a pain then, so I can't imagine that it's any better now, other than not having to be alone in the zone like you were way back when.

    Congrats, OP.

I like the bedpan because it is an understated reward for what I feel is such a major achievement, if only for the time and patience you need.

Like some, I did it because it was the only way to tale one character through the other alliance zones, while leveling to VR16. As previously stated, I would not do it again as there are other things that I would rather do in the game but I take great pride in having done it at least once.

Congrats! I've been playing the game since it was released and I have not finished Cadwell's Gold yet. It amazes me that there is still a third of the base game I haven't completed. I'd love to complete it soon though, I miss casual questing.
