Idea for New Legerdemain Passive

I have an idea for a 4 rank skill passive in the Legerdemain skill line that I believe would improve quality of life for players. A name I came up with is "Prosperous Presence" it would be an expansion to the Legerdemain skill line and would work like the passives in the other crafting skill lines that make resource nodes glow within certain ranges. I feel like this would be a fairly welcomed additional to ESO and would seemingly be relatively easy to implement.

Prosperous Presence 1/4 Legerdemain Rank 21 - Heavy Sacks will illuminate within 10 yards of player.
Prosperous Presence 2/4 Legerdemain Rank 22 - Treasure Chests will illuminate within 10 yards of player.
Prosperous Presence 3/4 Legerdemain Rank 23 - Heavy Sacks with illuminate within 20 yards of player.
Prosperous Presence 4/4 Legerdemain Rank 24 - Treasure Chests will illuminate within 20 yards of player.

Anyone else think this would be a good addition?

No thank you. Downloal the harvestmap add-on, it provides all that eassentially....well, the location is marked where all the nodes spawn. Aside from not wanting to waste skill points on such a thing, heavy sacks don't belong in the legerdemain skill line at all. Generally speaking though, you dont need treasure chests to glow...they are already painfully obvious from 50 meters away.

No add-ons for PS4 and Xbox though, so that only covers PC. But I agree I typically don't have any issue finding most of them unless it's really hidden.

If your on PC and have add ons to show you where chests and heavy sacks are than clearly this post isn't directed at you. I play on XBox One NA, and find a good amount of chests in dungeons however chests are not brightly lit up in many dungeons as you say they are.

Furthermore 4 skill points is really not a big deal and no one would be forcing you to invest in them as well. This change does nothing to do with increasing value of loot in chest so I don't see the big deal there. My main is a MagSorc I started day 1 of Xbox release and I have enough skill points to fully invest in all skills and passives needed for both pve and pvp and he is my master crafter (9trait everything) and still have points left over and I haven't even got the skyshards in Vvandenfell yet.

On a different note a very useful tip for anyone reading this is there is a momento you can hotslot called "Almalexia's Enchanted Lantern" it will put a light on you or a group member for 30 seconds that travels with you. Makes finding chests and Sacks quite easy in dark areas.

let's add a pick pocket "preview" before you actually steal an item at higher levels. Oh and faster stealth speed (without vamp or sets).

4 skillpoints is a big deal for me, I never have enough, even after all 400ish skyshards I am still short on skillpoints to max all the skill lines I want maxed. On my DK tank I have all 3 class skill lines maxed, all 3 armor skill lines, 1 hand and shield, dual wield, 2 handed, destro staff, working on resto staff, bow, undaunted, working on mages guild, working on legerdemain, would love to work on soul magic, but not useful enough, assault and support, etc etc etc. In the end I really want ALL the skill lines maxed out and right now its just not looking possible. Why do I want them all? Simply so I can swap gear and skills on the fly to fill other potential roles as need be. yes, I will throw Valaste from the mages guild under the bus for the extra skillpoints without a 2nd thought. I am sure there are a couple dozen skill points I am still missing on this toon, but even so I just dont think there are enough in the game to unlock every single skill and passive, which is what I would like. Its true I wouldnt ever spend skill points for passives like this, but it just makes the goal even less achievable unless they add in the additional skil points along with the change

Why would you have all 3 skill lines maxed on a tank? completely useless

Is your tank your crafter as well? This is the only way it wouldn't be possible to have enough skill points to put in all the skill lines you mentioned. I'm a completionist on my MagSorc who was my first toon he has every possible skyshards in game except in Vvandenfell. He has every possible skill point from quests in game, every group event public dungeon skill point in game, has many pvp skill points in game.

That being said when I respec him I believe I'm at 340ish skill points and have more than enough for all crafting and passives (takes 100+) all 3 skill lines, mages guild, fighters guild, dark brotherhood, thieves guild, undaunted, destro staff, resto staff, vampire, light armor, medium&heavy passives that work with 1 piece of armor type, Legerdemain, and anything else I forgot. I'm just confused how you don't have enough skill points if you have 400 and I have 340 and I still have skill points left over without getting Vvandenfell skill points yet.

As I said before though no one is forcing you to get these passives and if you have addons on PC to find chests/sacks than I would not even worry about this post since it does not apply to you.

I thought about this yesterday while farming treasure chests. So yes, I completely agree.
