BTW, no need to Farm Vet Dungeons unless your farming Jewelry you want in Purple or a Monster Set Mask. If your just farming a group dungeon for a weapon/armor, you can do Normals and get it done faster.
I have a couple of Netches Touch Staffs, one in Lightening (Sharpened) and one in Ice (Precise) so they do drop,

There is no reason to ever increase the Gear Cap in a Scaled Game.

Absolutely true. We just see the occasional post asking for it, probably by people with no jobs and that play 12 hours a day and want an advantage.
