Your "lag free non cp" is less laggy because it's dead, atleast on PC EU, no CP Campaigns are mostily dead and turned into Farmcampaigns.
They need to add 2 BG pools (similar to vet and normal dungeons): CP and Non-CP
And let everyone around would decide for himself: where he wants to play.
In non-CP you actually have to play better to survive. Siege hits harder, you have fewer resources, etc. At the same time though it doesnt matter because your enemies are facing the exact same restrictions you are. I understand having ground out 630+ CP. You want to be able to use that CP....but if you are honest with yourself, what you really want is to use your CP to gain an advantage over your lower CP enemy.

Treating the game real end-game as a sales feature to new players is breaking the game.
That's not a smart way to bring in new players . Instantly death from proc sets and poison usually has the opposite effect .
@Rohamad_Ali
Truth is procs are ZOS's way of "raising the floor." I don't see them going away anytime soon.
The irony is Procs in CP are not a problem. But procs in no-cp ruins the game for new players and vet players alike. ...
Every platform deserves the same respect xbox got with the extra CP 1-week camp. Instead we get herded into no CP camps so johny-2week can not feel to overwhelmed with the cp system.

How bout you give us this new game mode we payed 40$ WITH CP in it..
As a CP 830 why on earth would i want to play a game mode where all cp is removed and my sets are useless since 90% of the game CP is included.
Who came up with the idea to not give the option to use CP in BG lol come on ..
And btw i made a similar thread before and everyone bashed me saying non cp is more balanced..

I could be wrong, but the way I remember it, non-CP PvP was supposed to be a sort of experiment to see if not asking the server the do all the calculations that came with every ones' custom CP set-ups and bonuses and passives and whatnot would process faster and reduce lag in Cyrodiil PvP.
Was that ever a thing? Did I just make that up?
Pepper8Jack wrote: »Part of the justification behind using no CP for BGs was the deliberate decision to cut down TTK for BG environments. The TTK in CP PvP is much higher than no-CP PvP, due to the resource return and general damage mitigation passives provided in the CP system. Though damage scales more quickly than resistances do in CP, the system enables builds capable of a ridiculous amount of tanking and sustain. No one wants to play domination against a team of unkillable tanks.

This made me wonder if u have ever been in a bg aswell...
Wreuntzylla wrote: »I play on CP servers when I need lots of AP quick. Because cancer build.
In non-CP the only real cancer build is double proc set and only because they don't scale with damage stats. Wear 2 proc sets and otherwise build only for sustain, that's the problem. Proc sets should scale inversely with your regen.

I have been playing Kyne (non cp below lvl 50), leveling new players and even with populations at 1 bar or less, as soon as there are 30-40 players fighting at the flags in a keep, there is lag.
And on console, maybe just indicative of the type of player that chooses console over PC, non CP campaigns are always the least used, even when there are large queues for Vivec. People earn their CP and want to use them, or get used to playing with them and find it hard to adapt without them.
And what I mean by the type of player, as I am one, is someone who turns on the console, puts in a disc and wants to start playing - rather than youtubing how to play videos, looking up what everyone else does and googling best builds.
Non cp is more balanced and makes for better game play in pvp. I'm very happy they did not include cp in BG, it would've only ruined it. CP belongs in pve, it's just a crutch in pvp for those lacking the skill to play without it.

I see it as the other way around since all u gotta do is wear a full damage burst build and you good to go.. all the good players know this
