I'm not sure there are many instances where your characters gender is mentioned in the dialogue. One of the common complaints I've seen about ESO is that characters don't react to who you are - NPCs will refer to you as an outsider and explain their customs and traditions even if you're the same race and except for a few rare cases (mostly introduced with Morrowind) being a vampire is completely ignored - including in one quest where you're told you're the best choice for the job because you're not a vampire.

(Likewise characters in the base game zones will occasionally mention your character's lack of a soul even if they were created after Morrowind and so got the new tutorial and haven't done the old one where you lose your soul.)

There's been a few times I've thought an NPC was flirting with my character the first time I played it and then realised they talk that way to everyone. Sure it's possible some of them simply are flirting with everyone, but for example Majoll specifically says Jakarn isn't interested in men (but he plans to persuade him otherwise), but he still talks to my male characters as if he's flirting with them.

And other than that the gender you pick is purely cosmetic - it doesn't affect your stats like in other TES games. So you could easily role-play that your character is a different gender to the one they appear to be, and if anyone uses the 'wrong' pronoun put it down to that NPC making assumptions. I can't remember any mention of non-gender binary individuals in TES lore except Vivec who is a special case (the nearest is Uriel Septim's imaginary friend Justin, who was a girl, mentioned in The Real Barenziah) so I think it's safe to assume that, even more so than in real life, most people will assume if you look like a man then you are a man and if you look like a woman you are a woman and that's the end of it.

And of course the character creator does make it possible to make feminine men and masculine women, although the range of options varies between the races (an effeminate high elf is going to be a lot easier than an orc).

Or if you really wanted to go all out you could make your character one gender and then buy an Appearance Change Token - but the end result would be identical to just making them the gender you want to begin with, the only difference is it costs you 1,000 gems.

Are you an actual Velidreth or just masquerading as a Velidreth though? since when you were "Born" (i.E Character Creation) you were a different race entirely. ;D

This request is pointless in terms of look because you can make your females as muscular as possible, your males as colorful as you want and I'm pretty sure none of my characters have anything between their legs, NONE.

So OP, use your imagination. It's fantasy world after all.

This honestly shouldn't even be an issue as you can make multiple characters. If you are genderfluid, if it's a boy day, you could log on a male character. If it's a girl day, you could log on a female character. I actually have genderfluid friends on the game and have not heard of any issues with this.

Also, you can pretty much be genderfluid in ESO. Aesthetics (costumes, some/most hairstyles, personalities, makeup etc) are not gender-locked. Make a flat chested female with androgynous features and you'll be able to swap between the two genders (aesthetically) just like RL genderfluids. Even some of the female voice options have a gruff to them.

This isn't just ZOS, its Biology....

The only thing in nature with more than two sex's are plats with some species having 3 or 4 chromsones. Humans and most other animal species only have two genders and sets of chromosone from two parents.

Now you can always say your male Argonian identifies as a female Khajiit. Go for it.
