Yes, and it's amazing how people over-react to bugs and get all worked up in a way that isn't productive of anything. By all means, report bugs when you see them, report problems when you have them. But all this shouting and chest-beating and Righteous Anger is just childish and accomplishes nothing. Bugs happen, and in my experience ZOS does their best to fix them. It won't happen overnight, it won't happen with a Big Fanfare, and it won't happen any faster no matter how much shouting and swearing and cursing of ZOS you engage in.
How ironic that you would respond to a post referencing the ZOS explanations without reading the them. That's funny.ProfesseurFreder wrote: »

Of course, that anger may indeed fall on deaf ears but these people are clearly spenders in ESO since the house could only be purchased with crowns, and if they withdraw future financial support from the game over this, that hurts everyone... including you.

*gasps*
Yes, just imagine the horror if they did withdrew financial support and the devs would have to stop selling $50 mounts, $150 houses and $??? scamboxes, because nobody would buy them anymore, and would have to shift focus on making the game fun, fixing bugs and selling subscriptions, in effort to stay afloat.

The change to Earthtear Cavern was not a bug. It was an intentional change to a house people spent upwards of $100 cash on, months after they purchased it. The "Chest beating and righteous anger" you think accomplishes nothing is a way to send a clear message to management that you don't take someone's money for a house, then change it later with a "sorry, not sorry" attitude.
