Why grind for the vMA destro staff when a VSkoria staff buffs all fire damage by a similar amount?
It's still a good alternative! I just didn't see any way to implement themed weapons outside of a 3rd buff to the initial set or mixing sets bonuses for ideal buffs. (Eg. Kena Greatsword and 2pc Velidreth for weapon damage and effect)

In my opinion they shouldn't. But...if you introduce Monster weapons that in some cases are just as good as the weapons you get from completing the hardest content in the game and people have spent days grinding for I think there'd be a lot of backlash.
It's not impossible to run a veteran hard mode dungeon. In fact...the average player can probably do it with the correct gear and understanding of the dungeon mechanics.
The average player cannot run vMA imo. The gear people receive as a reward should scale in quality with the difficulty of the content. I'd like to see more unique enchantments but Monster weapons with unique enchantments would have to be implemented very carefully so as not to become the new immediate go to and rather expand the list of go to options.
If they're gonna be on par with vDSA and vMA weapons then the challenge required to get them should be on par too.
This is why I suggested having them just offer a 1 piece bonus because it doesn't upset any current balance. If anything it just gives players who can't complete the veteran arenas some cheap knock offs to help them compete in PVP and trials.
