That's actually quite a good joke!
The thing is that the Serpent and Horace guards seem intimidating as they are meant to be while the Setesh guard seems far from intimidating. I actually laughed when I saw that (in the episode) some ~15 years ago.
Another 'funny' doing the rounds in the UK (when show was somewhat popular) regarding all Jaffa related to their very name. The Jaffa are supposed to be a the miltary 'wing' of the goa'uld - tough oppressors. Yet the Jaffa slaves are impotent compared to thier villainous masters. The word 'Jaffa' relates to a certain fruit and has been used to describe an altogether different type of impotence!
