I'd buy Morrowind if they made it like Morrowind.
I hear a lot of people complaining about magic sustain broken now.
Lemme tell you something as a Elder Scrolls 3.... MORROWIND legend.
Back in the days of Morrowind, the only way to get magic back was from using a potion or sleeping, so dont even whine about magic sustain broken, because us LEGENDS of the days of Morrowind, we did something called if you gonna use it make it meaningful.
Heck all the games back then, required you to make it meaningful, they made it difficult for a reason... Want to do a super nasty combo in street fighter, well it requires extra legwork and you better be in a position where its going to work. It aint like button smashing, spam all buttons and win, no sustain necessary spam that kiddos born before 1994 do now today.
If they made ESO so that its like Morrowind, where you can only get magic back from sleeping at an inn or from using potions, than I will consider buying Morrowind.
Until then...

Levitation?
Athletics?
Illusion spells (fury, rally, calm)?
Mercenaries?
Imperial Legion?

Would being a Morrowind legend truly be back in the day, or would it be something that has yet to happen? This is like trying to unravel the Doctor's marriage to River Song.
Also how does one become a Morrowind legend? I asked Vivec, and his answer, while beautiful, definatly seemed a bit beyond the grasp of my mortal coils.3 -

Overlooked by Bethesda, Bethesda has a new team, not the original makers of Morrowind working on Morrowind. Not ID Software overlooking Quake.
Quake: Champions, just trying to milk your money, trying to be successful like Overwatch, that game is semi successful.
Morrowind??? Just some expansion to milk your money, and I would not be suprised if they added DLC Morrowind exclusive, yet has no ties into Morrowind (You just wayshrine, like any of the DLC currently, no ties)... But I bet they will require Morrowind for some odd reason, because they wanna milk ya.
Video games used to be, make a great game and be successful.
Now its, lets base success on revenue generated.
We have a GREAT Marketing and Advertising team, and we have a lot of CASH COWS, lets start MILKING the consumer base.
Who cares if Morrowind is subpar, its just updated graphics MINUS what makes Morrowind GREAT.
Who cares if Quake: Champions is subpar, its just updated Quake 3 MINUS what makes Quake 3 GREAT.
